1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as "final sale."
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Custom or personalized items.
3. Return Process

- Approval: Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
